We stayed here when my daughter moved into her new Uni house, booked through late rooms, we could have got a better deal booking directly. We had a family room which was a good size, the bathroom looked a little tired in places but otherwise good standard of accomodation. My son was on the sofa bed and he said it was comfortable, if we had booked directly we could have upgraded for a little bit more and next time we would go with this option, Larger room, better toiletries etc....but all in all recommended.Parking was £ 18.00 overnight and they said we could leave the car there the following day until we left brighton, parking is so expensive that as the car was there for nearly 24 hours it was a pretty good deal.
