Civil wedding ceremonies in Brighton

If you are looking for civil ceremony venues in Brighton the Holiday Inn Brighton–Seafront is happy to announce that it is now able to hold civil wedding ceremonies. We host our weddings in our elegant Arundel Suite, which seats from 5 to 350 people and so catering for both intimate and elaborate Brighton civil ceremonies.

We would like to suggest that the following guidelines are observed when arranging a civil ceremony:

• Establish availability with both the hotel and the registrar for your chosen date
• Make a provisional booking with ourselves either in person or by telephone which we will hold until you have confirmed details with the registrar
• Visit the Brighton registry office and make a provisional booking with them, this can be up to 12 months in advance

The most important documentation for the civil marriage is the ‘notice of marriage’ certificate, without which the ceremony cannot take place.
