Car parking
The hotel has its own 65 space car park for guest use only. Car parking is charged at £17.50 per overnight stay.

Getting to the hotel
Take the M25 motorway to junction 7, sign-posted M23 (Brighton). Take the M23 southbound. The M23 becomes the A23 and takes you into Brighton town centre. Follow the signs for the seafront, the hotel is situated on the A259 seafront road, close to the West Pier.

What is and is not included in price
All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the ruling rate. There is no service charge. Gratuities are at the customers’ discretion

We provide a dry cleaning service –tariffs are displayed in the rooms.

Smoking
To comply with regulations smoking is not permitted. All public areas and guestrooms are non smoking. Smoking areas are provided at the entrance to the hotel.

Currency and credit cards accepted
We accept payment in Sterling only.

Medical and dental
The Holiday Inn Brighton-Seafront have a recommended dentist and doctor that are based in Brighton city centre, the contact details, if necessary, are available at reception.

Pets
All dogs are welcome at the hotel but are chargeable.

Disabled
Accessible rooms are available within the hotel with lifts to all floors. The hotel has an accessible front door at the entrance. Lounge bar and all areas of the restaurant are wheelchair accessible. There are limited accessible parking bays on site.

Special diets
The Holiday Inn Brighton-Seafront caters for any special diets, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in our lounge and restaurant

Children and families
Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of family rooms are available. Children up to the age of 18 stay free. Meals are charged as follows:-

• Children under 13 eat free when sharing a room with two adults.
• Cots and high chairs are available.
