Holiday Inn Brighton-Seafront is an easy walk to the commercial, shopping and entertainment areas of the city, being an ideal destination for both leisure and business guests. Having undergone a major refurbishment in 2006/7 we are now the only hotel in Brighton with FULL air conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet access in all Executive Bedrooms and lounge/bar areas.

Situated right on the beach front, the hotel is literally just metres from all of Brighton’s main attractions and shopping areas. Hotel facilities include, The Garden Room Restaurant, Terrace Lounge and Bar with outdoor sun terrace, 24 hr room service, bedrooms, 131 beautifully appointed, modern and comfortable en-suite rooms all with in room air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, trouser press, direct dial telephone, and satellite TV with on demand movies. The hotel welcomes families and offers family bedrooms and a children’s play area. Pets are welcome by arrangement at a small per nightly charge. Wi-Fi internet accessis available throughout the hotel and is free (1hour) when you book an Executive Room.

The hotel offers a small car park offered on a first come first serve basis which is chargeable at £17.50 per 24 hours and we are sorry but parking cannot be pre-booked. In the case that the hotel car park is full, there is a local NCP car park not 5 minutes away which charges a similar overnight tariff as the hotel.
